have a trio of a quartet.

Make a formation of triangle (trio), or a diamond (quartet)

Keep the formation.

Who ever is the first one, is in lead. If she turns, the new person being the first (not seeing others) is in the lead.

Try different distances to each others. But try to keep the approximately equal (not so easy with diamond formation, because one of the distancies is a bit longer).

Continue for at least 10 minutes. Try to concentrate more on the movement, than fixing the distancies exactly….
